     to determine the win or loss. This includes the at the place audience and broadcasting of competitions and matches.
     All the community activities and the cyber culture as a whole is included in e-Sports activities.

  Pro-gamer registration system
   : This is a system to register gamers who have recorded a certain level in official competitions as pro-gamers,
     making them into a new occupation group, and through attainment educations, to nurture them into related
     occupational groups, such as beta testers and game competition referees, and in the end, expanding the
     grounds of game users, which is the basis of development of the game industry.
   : This system was approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in August 12, 2000, and through the
     Registration Committee, Registrations, Deliberations, and Resolutions are made on Official e-sports titles,
     Competitions and Pro-gamers.
